The Ours to Protect Lunch ‘n’ Learn is now available as a podcast. Hosted by Nicky Coghlan of RTÉ Jnr, it is a fascinating conversation with series producer Nessa McGann. Nessa describes how Ours to Protect is put together, funded and produced providing green content on radio stations nationwide. They are joined by American Kara Oehler who is at the cutting edge of nature recording. Kara explains how audiomoths were introduced to the radio series, how they can be used for tracking species and how whales talk to each other. And yes, this recording does feature some of this amazing audio.
