Sustainability Lunch & Learn #4 – Employee Wellbeing and the KeepWell Mark™

*Note, these sessions are for Members of the Network including staff and volunteers

The date: Tuesday 17th October, 1 – 2pm, on zoom

The topic: In this session, we’ll discuss the importance of mental and physical health in the workplace. There will be a brief introduction to The KeepWell MarkTM, an Ibec initiative which provides practical guidance on promoting employee wellbeing and creating a supportive work environment. Organisations must undergo rigorous assessment by an independent auditor before they can be awarded with The KeepWell Mark. This will be followed by a case study from IMRO (Irish Music Rights Organisation), on how they have built their wellbeing strategy and their key learnings.

The speaker: Sophie Moran is KeepWell Mark Programme Manager. She oversees the delivery of the KeepWell workplace wellbeing accreditation in Ibec. Sophie and her team support organisations large and small, across all sectors to benchmark and improve their workplace wellbeing strategies. Sophie holds a postgraduate degree in Workplace Wellness from TCD.

Lorna Brennan is Senior HRBP with IMRO, Sarah Sweetman is Director of Finance, Distribution and HR. Together they have been pivotal in developing and implementing the wellbeing strategy in IMRO.
